Privacy Policy / Data Practices

What A Crypto Box Processes On Page Views And Partner Handoffs.

This Privacy Policy describes the information A Crypto Box currently processes for page views, tracked partner handoffs and voluntary contact messages. It is separate from the practical user-security guide.

External websites are controlled by their operators.

Scope

What this document covers

This policy covers A Crypto Box website operations: page viewing, tracked outbound partner handoffs and messages you choose to send by email or Telegram. It does not govern the privacy practices of external partners after you leave the site.

Information processed when pages load

Page-view records

When pages load, A Crypto Box may record a page-view entry that can include the page used, full page URL, referrer, browser context, derived device category, optional commercial labels from the URL, and optional visitor or session identifiers from browser storage. Coarse location values may be added from hosting headers. The current application page-view insert does not persist a raw IP-address field.

Affiliate click events

Tracked partner handoffs

When a user opens a tracked partner handoff, A Crypto Box may create a click record for attribution and reporting. Under the current implementation, that record can include the partner identifier, partner display name, destination URL, referrer, browser context, page context, button context, commercial label and timestamp.

The current handoff recording process does not write account identifiers, passwords, payment details, or a raw IP-address field. Opening an external partner can still cause that partner to process its own data under its own policy.

Contact and voluntary communications

You control what you include in a message.

If you email A Crypto Box or use Telegram, the site receives the information you choose to send, such as your address, message text and any attached context. There is no separate public contact-form backend on the Contact page.

Do not send passwords, OTP codes, private keys, recovery phrases, API secrets, exchange or casino login credentials, or complete payment-card data. A Crypto Box does not need those details to review a privacy, content or partnership request.

Cookies and local storage

Browser storage used by the site

The current analytics implementation may store optional visitor and session identifiers in local browser storage and session storage when those storage interfaces are available. If storage is blocked, page viewing can continue without those identifiers. The site’s own analytics code does not set first-party cookies for those identifiers.

External partner handoffs

Leaving A Crypto Box starts a separate privacy policy.

  • External websites are controlled by their operators.
  • Their privacy and security practices may differ from A Crypto Box.
  • Users should review the external service policy before creating an account or submitting personal information.

Service providers

Infrastructure used to operate the site

A Crypto Box uses hosting and database infrastructure to serve pages and store operational analytics records. Those providers process data only as needed to run the service. Exact subprocessors can change as infrastructure changes.

Retention

How long records are kept

Analytics and handoff records are kept while useful for reporting, abuse review, site improvement or inquiry follow-up. There is no fixed calendar retention schedule.

Security boundaries

What the site can and cannot promise

A Crypto Box uses ordinary operational safeguards for site and analytics systems. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed as absolutely secure. Users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.
